Russell S. Rosenberg, the principal and founder of the firm, is recognized as a lawyer who possesses the skills to guide his clients through tough challenges in their personal and professional lives. Having more than 36 years practicing exclusively in the matrimonial law field, Russell has developed his expertise in assisting his clients with asset valuations, successful distribution of property, and awards of custody, maintenance and child support. Beyond litigation in Court, Russell is a trained Mediator who is often appointed by the Judges of the Circuit Court of Cook County and fellow matrimonial law attorneys to resolve matters outside of litigation. He is also a member and current Fellow of the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois. He has successfully collaborated many high conflict, as well as large asset cases.
